What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, cycling shorts and bibs must be tried on over clean underwear. Return shipping is free for all domestic orders within the contiguous United States.
How should I care for my technical fabrics and chamois?
To extend the life of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. Always hang to dry; do not tumble dry as high heat can damage the technical fibers and chamois padding.
Do you offer a warranty on your helmets and shoes?
Yes, all Garneau products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Additionally, we offer a Crash Replacement Program for helmets that provides a discount on a replacement if your helmet is damaged in an accident within one year of purchase.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
